Política de reembolso-환불 정책

El "Estudiante" podrá solicitar un reembolso a través del "Centro de Atención al Cliente".​

Artículo 1. Política de reembolso, en caso de motivo de reembolso: De conformidad con el párrafo 18 del artículo 3 del decreto de aplicación de la Ley de creación y funcionamiento de academias.​

Antes del inicio del curso - Reembolso completo de > matrícula.

Reembolso de 1/3 del tiempo lectivo antes > 2/3 del precio de la matrícula. 1/2 antes de la mitad de la hora de clase -> 1/2 de la matrícula reembolsada. Después de la mitad del tiempo de enseñanza, > matrícula no puede ser reembolsada.​

"회원"은 "고객센터"를 통해 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.​

제1조 환불 규정 환불사유 발생 시.​

학원 설립 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제 18조 제 3항에 의거,

교습개시 이전 -> 수강료 전액환불

교습시간 1/3경과 전 -> 수강료 2/3 중 해당액 환불

교습시간 1/2경과 전 -> 수강료 1/2중 해당액 환불

교습시간 1/2경과 후 -> 수강료 반환 불가

Artículo 2. Cuestiones relativas al cumplimiento de los reembolsos:

​Si ha realizado más de 7 curso dentro de los 1 días posteriores a la fecha de aprobación del pago del curso, puede obtener un reembolso completo.

1. Si han pasado más de 7 días desde la fecha de aprobación o si has realizado más de 2 cursos, no tendrás derecho a un reembolso completo.

2. Incluso si no tomaste ningún curso, no podrás obtener un reembolso si has excedido el período del curso.

3. Las devoluciones de tarjetas de crédito, transferencias bancarias, transferencias bancarias, etc., se reembolsarán al mismo método de pago.

4. Los puntos utilizados en el momento del pago, las clases gratuitas, etc., no son elegibles para reembolsos.

Article 2. Refund fulfillment issues:

5. Points used at the time of payment, free lessons, etc. are not eligible for refunds.

제2조 환불 준수 사항

​1. 수강료 결제 승인일로부터 7일 이내에 강의 수강내역이 1강 이상인 경우에는 전액 환불 가능합니다.

2. 승인일로부터 7일이 넘었거나 2강 이상의 강의를 수강한 경우 전액 환불 받을 수 없습니다.

3. 수강을 전혀 하지 않았더라도 수강 기간이 초과한 경우 환불 받을 수 없습니다.

4. 신용카드, 계좌이체, 무통장 입금 결제 등에 대한 환불금액은 동일한 결제수단으로 환불됩니다.

5. 결제 시에 사용된 포인트, 무료 수업 등 무료 결제내역은 환불 받을 수 없습니다

Nota: El valor de las transacciones que cobra el banco no lo cubre el precio de la matrícula, éste es aparte y ese costo lo asumirá usted.
